Track Name: Edric Haleen - On The Matter Of Bullying (Part 1)
There’s a child
Sitting in the sandbox,
Playing with a
Plastic pail and shovel,
When another child
Toddles up behind him
And takes the plastic
Shovel away.
And the child starts to cry
And, announcing his pain,
He wails,
“MINE!!!”

There’s a girl
Heading out to recess,
Running with her
Friends across the playground.
But a group of girls
Follows close behind her
To call her names and
Laugh at her hair.
And the girl starts to cry
And, to deal with the pain,
The girl . . .
Tells.

There’s a boy
Standing at his locker,
Taking out his
Books and his assignments.
But some other boys
Rip away his book bag
And kick the contents
Clear down the hall.
And the boy wants to cry,
But he locks all the pain
Deep inside.

Why are you so ugly?
And why are you so fat?
And don’t you wear deodorant?
What’s the deal with that?
And why are you so stupid?
And who picks out your clothes?
‘Cause I would rather die than be
Spotted wearing those!
And ev’ry time I see you,
I think I’m gonna gag
‘Cause God! You’re such a loser!
And God! You’re such a fag!
And God! You’re still a virgin?!
(Or) God! You’re such a whore!
And God! It would be great not to
See you any more!
‘Cause no one really likes you
Or wants to be your friend.
And why you even matter
Is hard to comprehend.
You’re so completely worthless.
So why not go ahead
And do the world a favor
And JUST DROP DEAD?

Well, maybe the grown-ups
Should step up and pass legislation.
The grown-ups will know how
To deal with this whole situation . . .

There’s a tribe --
Largely unmolested --
Living as they’ve
Lived for generations
‘Til the foreigners
Multiply in number
And rip their very
Culture away . . .

You must sign this treaty
And let us use your land
‘Cause we have great ambition
And borders to expand.
And yes, we do respect you
And don’t mean to impose --
But switch to our religion
And go put on some clothes!
And alter your traditions
And let us break your laws
And grant us more concessions
To help advance our cause
And let us take your oil
And give us all your gold
And all your coal and timber
That’s waiting to be sold.
And don’t cause any problems
Or rock the boat, ‘cause we
Expect you to assimilate,
Not to disagree.
For if you’re not an ally
On which we can rely,
Then we’ll just have to force you
To MOVE OR DIE!

I grant you, it’s sad that
That’s part of the tale of our nation,
But that’s just because they
Lived outside of civilization . . .

There’s a man
Much like any other,
Working hard to
Try and raise a fam’ly.
But society
Isn’t so accepting
And tries to take his
Freedoms away . . .

If your skin is diff’rent
Or if your eyes are odd
Or if you don’t have money
Or don’t believe in God
Or if you are a woman
Or from a foreign land,
Then you’re a lesser person
And we’ve the upper hand.
If we don’t think you’re worthy,
Then you won’t get to vote.
And if you’re here illegally --
Get back on the boat!
And if you’re homosexual,
We won’t let you wed
‘Cause God has things to say about
What you do in bed!
And if you don’t agree with us
Right on down the line?
Then you’re unpatriotic
And you don’t get to whine.
So don’t subvert our morals
And don’t deface our flags,
‘Cause we don’t brook dissension
And GOD HATES FAGS!

Well, maybe we all could learn to
Just . . .
Get along? . . .

There’s a world
Full of life and wonder
Held in the em-
Brace of Mother Nature
‘Til a single group
Starts to feel entitled
And thinks that it’s the
Master of All . . .

Humankind is special
And better than the rest
‘Cause God gave us dominion
And now we know what’s best.
And ev’rything must serve how we
Live and what we grow.
The sheep and cows are fine
But the wolves have got to go.
And fuck the spotted owls,
‘Cause we can use the trees!
And dolphins best look out when we’re
Harvesting the seas!
And animals will cope if our
Pipelines ever break.
We’ll justify the means with the
Profits that we make!
And don’t say global warming is
Any real concern,
‘Cause we’ve still got a bounty of
Fossil fuels to burn!
And ev’rything is fine, ‘cause we’re
Sep’rate from the rest,
‘Cause humankind is special
And WE KNOW BEST!

. . .

There are spheres
Littering the Cosmos
Much like ours but
So far undiscovered
‘Til the fateful day
Human beings find them
And travel out to
Make them our own . . .
Track Name: MC Ohm-I - If You Don't Like Gay Marriage
They say that being gay is not natural
And Without giving actual facts that are found factual
They keep banning gay marriage saying
Two men or women in love can't be pushing the same carriage

Then they follow up with marriage is sacred
But clearly they don't know how high the divorce rate is
So I'mma hit you with the facts for those who have missed it
The figures, graphs and digits that show marriage statistics

41% of kids are born out of wedlock
And 48% of marriages end in a dead stop
Which means almost half the US in now divorced
And only 38% of moms are getting child support

Examine your statement if you say marriage is sacred
Cause the American nation is fallin' into question
Of whether or not we support equal expression
So rest easy on your homophobic oppression

You don't like gay marriage (then don't get gay married x3)

If you don't like gay marriage (then don't get gay married x3)

The reproduction topic? Ya'lls hater need to stop it
That's something that Ohm-I can easily defeat with logic
If that's your arguments, you aren't doing it properly
Let me teach you all a lesson on human biology

A woman has the ability to give birth then it's lost
During her mid-life when she's going through menopause
Men get wild in bed and their actions are feral
But gettin' older makes their ejaculate sterile

So if gay marriage is unnatural cause they can't reproduce
Hopefully, this verse I'm spittin' will help you see the truth
Lack of kids isn't a valid reason cause then again
Marriage would be illegal for senior citizens

like Antoine Dodson said "That's really, really dumb"
"For real". Take a closer look at what we have become
Society is changing and the change should be recognized
Acceptance for everyone. No one should be left behind
Track Name: RC - An Equal Start
It's the luck of the draw
the dart on the board
where your life's trajectory
is shaped by where you're born
and the school that awaits
when you are of age
that golden opportunity
that truly sets the stage

When some schools have everything
so many others lack
how you gonna catch up
with your hands tied behind your back
the goals that we're not reaching
are tearing us apart
equality is useless
without an equal start

If you're fortunate
your school has more
while other schools make do with less
just what they can afford
the suburbs are stocked
the city is bare
the resources wildly different
and nobody seems to care

When some schools have everything
so many others lack
how you gonna catch up
with your hands tied behind your back
the goals that we're not reaching
are tearing us apart
equality is useless
without an equal start

Make every school the same place
make it warm, make it safe
make every school the same place
then get out of the way

When some schools have the funding
the rest are on their own
how you gonna catch up
when you drag that giant stone
everyone can see the problem
but it's not getting to out hearts
equality is useless
without an equal start
Track Name: Ross Durand - Don't Send Them Away
Well they sent me off to fight in a far off land
Halfway ‘cross the world - you know I guess they had a plan
And I’m home, but the bombs there left me half a man
Let’s make sure this never happens again

Cause we left four thousand souls in the desert sand
And two thousand more so far in Afghanistan
Now they say we might be heading into good old Iran
But let’s make sure this doesn’t happen again

So I’d say, “March with me!” if I still had legs
I’d say, ”Let’s hoist our fists!” if I still had hands to wave
Just think how many men and women we could save
If we just don’t send them away

Now a soldier every day takes his life by his own hand
Killin’ takes it’s toll in a way that you just can’t understand
So there’s wives in empty beds, and kids who can’t hold daddy’s hand
Let’s make sure this never happens again

So I’d say, “March with me!” if I still had legs
I’d say,”Let’s hoist our fists!” if I still had hands to wave
Just think how many men and women we could save
If we just don’t send them away

So senators and congressmen, please be sane
For every life that is not lost there is so much that can be gained
What if they tried to throw a war and no one came
These tragedies would never happen again

So march for me, cause I don’t have legs
Hoist your fists for all of those who don’t have hands to wave
Raise your voice for all the men and women we could save
If we just don’t send them away

Raise your voice for all the men and women we could save
If we just don’t send them away
Track Name: Jenny Katz - Next Nice Town
In the next nice town
I'll stop for lunch and
I'll have a burger
grown in Brazil on rainforest memories
Cut down the trees
for the people in the next nice town
Cut 'em down

In the next nice town
I'll meet a man and
go out for coffee
You know the growers get six cents a day
I'll have a four-dollar latte
with the people in the next nice town
Drink it down

And the schools are the best
All the kids can ace the state test
They've gotta learn
the Golden Rule:
He who makes the gold can break the rules
They say they hate every day
But that's what kids always say
It's only twelve years anyway

In the next nice town
I'll have a baby
Then I'll have another
We'll buy a Hummer cause we'll really really need one
It's all about freedom
when you're living in the next nice town
Gotta get around

In the next nice town
I'll take a match and
I'll take a mansion
Then with a smile I'll light 'em on fire
Watch the flames fly higher
All the houses in the next nice town
Burn 'em all down
Track Name: Dr. Lindyke - The Square
We are the children
Of Tiananmen square
So little and so much has changed
Since our comrades died down there

We thought we could cure the world
Of a desperate disease
We'd find a way to make it work
Not just for freedom, but for peace

Peace or Freedom
The choice is up to you
Fear itself often frightens me, too
But every battle needs survivors
There are some things you should fight for
And with courage and with will
We can fight for them still!

We marched a million strong
To parade upon the Square
We were sticks and stones against the storm
We had nothing to compare

Our signs and banners
They never stopped a thing
But though the cause seems lost right now
We will return again in the Spring
More than a billion strong!

Peace or Freedom
The choice is up to you
Fear itself often frightens me, too
But every battle needs survivors
There are some you should fight for
And with the courage and with will
We can fight for them still!
Track Name: Jerry Skids - The Separation Of State And Nothing
Our children pledge allegiance to a country
They don’t even know if they accept or reject
The freedoms that they think they have, they don’t exist
Cos they’re suspended if they choose not to recite it
Oh and don’t think I forgot that God is plastered in the middle of
A pledge you’re forced to say at public school
The Separation of Church and Nothing
You have no Constitution – just follow their rules

They got no freedom of religion, got no freedom of speech
They’re just blindly followin’ cos you’re authority
Who program our young to be autonomous sheep
And slowly limit their vocabulary
Cos everything is now offensive and the whole world’s oversensitive
It starts with a pledge and it ends up in advertisements
The Separation of State and Nothing
We’re all just soldiers of the P.C.

And all the kids are singin’
“You can’t indoctrinate me
To your biased definition of a society
You can’t indoctrinate me
Prohibition of independency”

Well 12 seconds a day, 13 years – when you get out
We’ve become the perfect specimens
It’s easier to have control over the masses
Who all watch and listen to the same damn things
So less people will protest the illegal search and seizure
By the NYPD, what happened to our freedom?
The Separation of State and Nothing
Mandatory patriotism

And the Hindus, Jews, and Buddhists forced to put up a façade
Coerced by State to pledge allegiance to the Christian God
Cos the Church and State, they have no use for individuals
Who may question when they work in tandem as criminals
We’re striving for autonomy, but we’re stuck in theocracy
A world without God is like a world without wisdom teeth
The Separation of Church and Nothing
We surrender free will to Deity

Do you swear upon the Bible in a court of law?
Are the Ten Commandments posted on the Courthouse front door?
Why does the Candidate’s belief in God give him the edge?
It all starts with the fucking pledge!!

And all the kids are singin’
“You can’t indoctrinate me
To your sickening definition of humanity
You can’t indoctrinate me
Prohibition of independency
You can’t indoctrinate me
Find another goon to be your enlistee
You can’t indoctrinate me
Because I am not a sycophant
Your thinking is irrelevant
Ban the pledge so we can all be free!!!”
Track Name: The Middle Relievers - Love Builds Homes
Max and Michael met in '92
In the line of the bookstore at NYU
21 years later they are living proof
of all the things you can do, no matter who

Raised two kids, on the county line
Sent them to Christian school and volunteered their time
Helping women as doctors for the March of Dimes
I think we can all agree they've lived good lives

And that's where you come in
And say its all a great big sin
Wont you please stop squawking
Enough with quoting your antique doctrine

Cant you see
Love of any two makes family
Just let it be
No matter who the lover, love is free

Shut your mouth
Love is what it takes to build a house
And there's no doubt, you married
The one you want so tell me why oh why the hell can't everybody else

Ann and Molly live in Canon Falls
They met in the third grade playing kickball
Now they pay their taxes and vote Ron Paul
I still cant see how this effects you at all

Bert and Ernie been together for a long time
Down on the street we love since '69
Entertaining kids and families on the federal dime
But now they wanna settle down and you scream that's a crime

And that's where you will say
Their lifestyle is not okay
and then you set a date
to vote and try to legislate your hate

Cant you see
Love of any two makes family
Just let it be
No matter who the lover, love is free

Shut your mouth
Love is what it takes to build a house
And there's no doubt, you married
The one you want so tell me why oh why the hell can't everybody else

Enough with all this natural law
Nonsense in god's defense
Its not on him to ring us in
and be an example for all. Involved.

Cant you see
Love of any two makes family
Just let it be
No matter who the lover, love is free

Shut your mouth
Love is what it takes to build a house
And there's no doubt, you married
The one you want so tell me why oh why the hell can't everybody else
Track Name: TurboShandy - Guns
You really think you've got a right, that makes me a little sick
Is it for your self defence, or an extension of your dick?
There's no danger of invasion, it's 2013
Why's it oh so easy to purchase weaponry?

Just like the kid who ruins it for the whole entire class
The psychopaths with guns should ruin it for Americans

Guns are cool in video games
Because they react to the mechanics of a mouse well
But no one cries when pixels die
Guns were cool in Reservoir Dogs
Especially at the part with the Mexican standoff
But no one died
I mean, really died

Now you say you're in too deep, that the damage has been done
That there's no use banning guns 'cause you've got so many guns
So what do you propose? Letting things just get much worse
It's a strange relationship, I don't know how you got coerced

You changed your constitution just so you could have a drink
If you could change it just to save one life it's worth it, don't you think?

Guns are cool in video games
Because they react to the mechanics of a mouse well
Pixels don't have no moms and dads
Guns were cool in Rambo: First Blood
Which had very little plot, but an awful lot of killing
Yet no one died
I mean, really died
Track Name: Brian Gray - Walk (Live From Woodbury)
Here we are at the end of things,
Your heads on the chopping block.
Who gets pulled, and who pulls the strings?
It starts here. Walkers gonna walk.

To the light, undead brethren,
Robbed of faculties, sentenced not to talk.
So let us be a voice for you.
You do what you do. Walkers gonna walk.

You're out there starving in the wilderness,
You're out there groping in the dark.
We're here to represent the dispossessed.
So stand up!

Now's the time for equality.
You were people too, made of common stock.
So collect yourselves and take your plea
To the streets. Walkers gonna walk.

To us norms: make us all aware
Of injustice behind the double-talk.
Hearts and brains… we've got lots to share.
It's only fair. Walkers gonna walk.

Walkers gonna walk.
Walkers gonna walk.
Everybody walk!
Track Name: Kevin Savino-Riker - Dinosaur Sam
I can call a man, get a job, earn a wage
And relax at the end of a long work day
For how much pay compared to what's made
By the gal next door who works as much if not more
I guess her glass ceiling is your glass floor

What makes me so special?

And I can ask that gal for her name, for her number
Ask her out on a date and if we relate we'll
Fall madly in love and there are vows we can make
Ain't that just the same as when two men feel that way?
But your good book ain't good enough to say that's okay.

What makes me so special?

You've got these rules to govern over, curry favor
What makes you so special?
If you took this job to ensure you've got
More rights than others then

One thing I know for sure:
Uncle Sam don't represent me no more

You're a Dinosaur, Sam - your ideology needs
To die; no sore winners in my promised land
The youth will be your meteor, Sam
And the truth will set you free
Feel free to take your leave

I can have a drink or four and get into a car
And get pulled over and blow for the officer
And pay it away if I fail, I can stay out of jail
But if a bright young kid at the top of his class gets
Caught with some grass, does he get a free pass?
Not if it keeps your prisons filled, I guess

You make these rules to feel superior
What makes you so special?
If you took this job to ensure you've got
More rights than others then

One thing I know for sure:
There's not much time for you and yours

You're a Dinosaur, Sam - your ideology needs
To die; no sore winners in my promised land
The youth will be your meteor, Sam
And the truth will set you free
Feel free to take your leave
Feel free to take your leave

Feel free to take your leave
Track Name: Steve Durand - Just War
If it were you
What would you do
If there were drones overhead
To observe your every move

And hey
What would you say
If the pilots fired their missiles
From eight thousand miles away

To them
It's just the same
As sitting on the sofa
Playing at a video game

They kill
From nine to five
Then they punch the timeclock
And go home to kiss their wives

Is it a just war
Or is it just war
Is it a just war
Or is it just war

The President
Need only speak
And a life can be snuffed out
By executive decree

To see
His will be done
He's judge, jury, hangman
All rolled in to one

He says
It's justified
Because the teachings of Saint Augustine
Make everything all right

But we
Can plainly see
What a beacon of morality
The Catholic Church can be

Is it a just war
Or is it just war
Is it a just war
Or is it just war

Barack Obama
More drone kills than any other Nobel Peace Prize winner

Though some
May disagree
The President has just approved
Their use domestically

If it was you
What would you do
You'd better make your mind up
'Cause it's gonna happen soon
Track Name: "BucketHat" Bobby - Knock Off (Shadow)
Now everyone's entitled to their opinion
But some are REALLY entitled... To a LOT.
Some people get intrusive about the things that they believe in.
And get righteous and uptight when you do not.

I'm not a man with very strong convictions
Life is far too short to waste with silly fights.
No matter how you try to argue to your opposition
about your position, you won't convince him that you're right.

Everyone, stop fighting everyone.
Life's too complex to think in black and white
Everyone, stop fighting everyone
'Cause chances are, neither of you are right.

Everybody's got some kind of preference.
But what's right for one, might not be right for the rest.
and both sides of every argument have smaller sides to be referenced,
And who are you to say that your way is the best?

SO, atheists, stop picking on the Christians.
And Christians, stop fighting amongst yourselves.
"The Jews" don't get offended when you wish them "Merry Christmas",
So everyone, please stop fighting everyone else.

Everyone, stop fighting everyone.
Life's too complex to think in black and white
Everyone, stop fighting everyone
'Cause chances are, neither of you are right.
Track Name: Boffo Yux Dudes - Eat The Whales (Shadow)
If you think I don't have convictions
It's just 'cause I haven't been caught
We all need to think for ourselves
Or at least that's what I've been taught

So I'm finally going to say my piece
And maybe overcompensate
Mouthing off about what you don't know
Is what makes this country great

So eat the whales and free the nukes
Sell global warming to the seals
School vouchers for the spotted owls
Give this ship of fools some training wheels

Eliminate the upper class
Along with the lower and middle
Let's start a fire like Nero did
And I'll go get my fiddle

Everyone has a point of view
Or maybe it's just a grudge
We all need to open our minds
And on this point I won't budge

Let's bring clarity to those
Whose brains are in a fog
They say that those who can't do, teach
And those who can't write, blog

Sorry to politicize
All the things that you hold dear
I just want to cloud the issues
Let me make it perfectly clear

I'm not purely serious
But it's not really funny
And if you won't lend me your ears
I'll gladly take your money
Track Name: Boffo Yux Dudes - The Ballad of the Last of the Hackers (Shadow)
John Henry Wadsworth III was a linux drivin' man
He plied the open range with open source
He never paid attention to the big boys in the game
He figured mac os had run it's course

You knew him by his red hat, the fedora on his head
He moseyed from mandriva to ubuntu
Always rustled up a code block and he never asked for thanks
Cause the freedom of the net was all he knew

Won't you shed a tear for a code-drivin' man?
John Henry did his best to keep things free
He went up against the big boys and he made a final stand
Just to keep the source open for you and me

Now, the big men came a'callin with their fancy SDKs
Tried to gather all the code up with their patents
Mac and Microsoft insured they'd control it end-to-end
And whoever didn't go along was flattened

The winds of change were blowin', John knew that it was true
When the man came callin', asked to be his backer
John shook his head and raised his eyes, said to the exec's face
"Sir, you may have cash, but for damn sure you're no hacker."

The Microsoft man's eyes narrowed, he had an evil grin
Said "Now, son, I'll bet you're smarter than you look,
If you can write a program that'll outclock what we got
We'll step off of the internet and give back what we took."

John Henry was a fightin' man, and sure, he had his pride
So he stepped up for a match against their best
There was Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Wozniak and guys from Oracle
He knew that this would be his final test

They started coding at the dawn, Mountain Dew chugged by the gallon
The coders dropped like rain, John Henry lingered
The stress it finally killed him, maybe it was a broken heart
But the coroner claimed it was broken fingers

So remember good John Henry, keep his memory alive
Keep your code free, bug-safe, and always relevant
His stuff is out there on the web for us to use today
And he lived his life to move us past development
Track Name: Dr. Lindyke - Memory Of A Future Past (Shadow)
I saw the city's silhouette
From a distant blinding light
Through the trees and clouds
The flash was seen
For miles throughout the night.

And the snow was almost blinding
With the water still as glass
Reflecting bursts of fire
The smoke was sent on higher
It happened all too fast.

The beauty soon was gone
As the shock waves finally came
The men began to run
From the fury freed from a captive sun
Soon followed by the rain.

The birds refused to sing at all
The streets were filled with death
Survivors soon were late
The earth had passed away
While no one had been blessed.

It had only taken moments
To fill the skies with pain
But now all times has gone
And life has done the same

Then I awake to realize
The visions I have seen
Beheld by older eyes
Are memories of how things will have been
For no one escapes disaster
Not the victims, not the master
What's the use, there's no excuse
When the rain has quit can you live?
Track Name: Dr. Lindyke - It's A Joke, Not A Dick (Don't Take It So Hard) (Shadow)
Some folks are educated at the School of Hard Knocks.
But Lindyke studied letters where the athletes are called Cocks.
And we protest most strongly on behalf of our beloved jocks
And all of their adoring fans
Spread out to many distant lands
By crass attempts at judge's hands to besmirch their reputations

It seems that multiculturalism
Is excluded by the prism
They employ to spread the jism of their lamentations
(We say "jism" in the sense of "seed"
They spew in hopes that we should heed
Ideas that very honestLY
Are widely "off the reservation")

You see, football is a game in which
The rules REQUIRE we force our way past
Our opponent's strong defence
And thusly penetrate the end zone.
They call this scoring;
Not to be boring,
But it's the difference between warring
And a friendly past time played between some well-informed adults.

And if you find it bears some passing similarity to rape
That's an unfortunate coincidence we simply can't escape
Since the context is quite distinct
The two can't seriously be linked
And must be analyzed with very different results.

"They said no but they meant yes"
Are lyrics in our song invention
Some got it but as for the rest
We'll spell it out, to allay contention

When the Line defends their rear
The "NO!" they cry in their frustration
Is their part to play within the game for which they seek ovation,
But of their own accord they freely chose to play this game,
Thus the "YES!" that is contained in our refrain!

To make it very clear that we intended this to be
We enlisted Cherry Pi to cry enthusiastically
So you might know that this is simply welcome fun
Instead of concluding it was rape and jumping to your gun.

We simply cannot meekly take such nasty, vicious libel
So take a long walk on a short pier and go there to thump your Bible.
Though a scientific mind like yours might not be quite so tribal
(You know, it must be very sad to be an atheist AND a prude
You'd have nothing of your own to thump -- oh wait, I guess you do.)

And to answer one more question
(to our minds, the very best one)
No, we never get tired of sexy fun; if we did we'd be doing it wrong.
