For energy, I wanted something with a really strong medium-fast beat,
like a club/dance song. I'd noticed before that there are a bunch of
club/dance songs with the theme "turn up the volume" or "pump up the
volume" but as far as I know, nobody's ever written one with the
opposite theme of "turn it down, some of us are trying to sleep and/or
study!" So that's what I did.
