Remember the Cabbage Patch Kids craze of the 80's? In an attempt to stay relevant in the 90's, Mattel put out a new version of the doll called a Snack Time Kid. The idea was you could now feed your Cabbage Patch Kid fake food (which it would swallow and then dump into its backpack). Here's the commercial: www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jXUWe3MV_c

There was only one problem, Little long haired kids would go to sleep with their Snack Time Kids and wake up to the doll eating their hair!
